Whether you鈥檙e looking to unwind, get creative, or connect with others, you鈥檒l find a friendly, wellbeing鈥慺ocused atmosphere waiting for you. All materials are provided, so you can simply drop in and get started.

During the session, you鈥檒l be able to explore a range of simple, cosy craft activities, from wool鈥慴ased projects to paper crafts and other hands鈥憃n makes. You can bring your own creative project if you prefer, or pick up one of the smaller activities designed to start and stop easily whenever you choose. Sometimes there鈥檒l be a led craft activity; other times, you鈥檒l have several mini鈥憄rojects to dip in and out of.

Crafting is well known for helping reduce stress, improve focus, and boost your overall wellbeing. With free tea, coffee, and biscuits available, you鈥檒l have everything you need to relax and enjoy the hour.

You can stay for the full session or simply pop in whenever it suits you.
