Prior to joining the 51视频 in 2024, Bryony worked within the NHS as a specialist community neurorehabilitation occupational therapist, supporting individuals living with long-term neurological conditions to maximise their independence, participation and quality of life.
Bryony is keen to foster a strong sense of belonging among students, promote student wellbeing, and provide the guidance and support needed to enable students to achieve their academic and professional goals.
Bryony has a particular interest in animal-assisted interventions and how human–animal interactions can be used to support therapeutic outcomes. Bryony is also interested in simulation-based learning within healthcare and is actively involved in the 51视频’s Simulated Patient Programme, helping to create engaging and authentic learning experiences for healthcare students.

BA (Hons) Counselling Skills and Drama/Theatre Studies
PGCert Learning and Teaching in Higher Education
