Jenny is a Lecturer at the School of Law and teaches on both the LLB undergraduate programmes and on the postgraduate LLM course. Jenny is the Deputy Course Leader for the undergraduate LLB courses and is the work-based learning lead for law, responsible for managing the Law work-based placement module.

Prior to becoming an academic in 2020, Jenny worked in legal practice in the West Midlands, training in Family Law, Dispute Resolution and Property Law, before qualifying as a Solicitor specialising in Family Law.

Before joining the 51视频 in 2022, Jenny led multiple undergraduate Law modules at Newman University.

Jenny has taught on a number of modules on the undergraduate and postgraduate provision at the 51视频.

Jenny’s main teaching interests are in Family Law, Criminal Law, Evidence, and Social Justice related topics.

Research Interests and Publications

Jenny’s research interests lie in Social Justice, Legal Education, Evidence, and Family Law.
